Shipping

We ship exclusively within Germany, to the other member states of the European Union, and to Switzerland. The United Kingdom, Finland, and Sweden are excluded from shipping.

Shipping costs include applicable sales tax and a processing fee.

Our products are shipped to you in a climate-neutral manner via DHL GoGreen.

Deliveries within Germany

We charge a shipping fee of €3.90 per letter/small package/parcel.

For orders totaling €150 or more, shipping is free. The order total is calculated as the sum of the purchase prices of the items you ordered, minus any discounts.

Your order will be handed over to our shipping partner, DHL, within approximately 1 to 3 business days*. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be processed the following business day.

Deliveries within the EU:

We charge shipping costs of €3.90 per letter and €7.90 per small package/parcel.

For orders totaling over 150 €, we offer free shipping. The order total is calculated as the sum of the purchase prices of the items you ordered—minus any discounts.

Your order will be handed over to our shipping partner, DHL, within approximately 1 to 3 business days*. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be processed the following business day.

Shipments to Switzerland:

We charge €3.90 for letters and €19.90 for small packages/parcels. This includes shipping.

For orders with a total value of up to 65 CHF, no taxes or customs duties are usually charged. Any additional taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Your order will be handed over to our shipping partner, DHL, within approximately 1 to 3 business days*. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

Delivery of print@home vouchers:

There are no shipping costs for items delivered via download. Print@home items will be sent to you via a separate email within 24 hours of placing your order (or, if advance payment has been agreed upon, after your payment instruction is received).
