Thermencard
The Thermencard is a cashless payment method for all spa enthusiasts and is similar to a prepaid card. Enjoy a range of benefits and services, such as up to 15% off when you purchase a Thermencard.
We'll also give you a €10 starting credit (minimum top-up €75).
Our new loyalty programme, 'MyBLUPHORIA', replaces the previous Thermencard benefits scheme – so unfortunately, it is not currently possible to sign up for a new Thermencard.
Your discount tiers when topping up:
Credit balance: €75 – no discount – you pay: €75
Credit balance: €100 – 5% discount – you pay: €95 (€5 saving)
Credit balance: €150 – 5% discount – you pay: €142.50 (saving €7.50)
Credit balance: €200 – 10% discount – you pay: €180 (saving €20)
Credit balance: €250 – 10% discount – You pay: €225 (saving €25)
Credit balance: €300 – 10% discount – You pay: €270 (saving €30)
Credit balance: €400 – 10% discount – You pay: €360 (saving €40)
Credit balance: €500 – 10% discount – You pay: €450 (saving €50)
Credit balance: €750 – 10% discount – You pay: €675 (saving €75)
Credit balance: €1,000 – 15% discount – You pay: €850 (saving €150)

Premiumcard
Enjoy even more benefits. We recommend our Premium Card to particularly keen spa enthusiasts. Top up your Premium Card with €2,125 and we'll increase the balance to €2,500.
With our Premium Card, you'll enjoy further exclusive services and offers in addition to the benefits of the Thermencard mentioned above.
Our upcoming new loyalty programme, "MyBLUPHORIA", will replace the existing benefits offered by the Premium Card – so unfortunately, it is not currently possible to sign up for the Premium Card. Look forward to even more benefits.

Good to know
- The order form must be completed in person by you, the cardholder. It is not possible to order a voucher.
- When you top up your Thermencard for the first time with a minimum of €75, we will credit your account with a one-off €10 starting balance. The initial top-up must be carried out on site. The card can then also be used as a payment method in the online shop in conjunction with your MyParadise customer account.
- Cash withdrawals are not permitted.
- If you lose your card, you must report this immediately – in person or by telephone – to reception or Guest Services (Tel.: 07261 4028 - 0) at the spa. Your card will then be blocked straight away and you will receive a new card with the same balance.
- The Premium Card can only be topped up on site.
